The company has a licensed patent from the Arizona State University on a different topic area. The founders of the Company have filed one provisional patent and is planning to file two full patent applications with the U.S. Patent Office and two with the PCT on the Company’s core technology in August of 2013. Other patent and exclusive world-wide license is on using the patient sample as an integral part of the instrumentation. These foundation patents cover the technology used in the manufacture of the Company’s key instrumentation and their medical applications for diagnostics and monitoring and surveillance applications. These patents have been assigned to the Company along with additional provisional patents.
The Company also plans to submit additional patent applications in the U.S. and around the world covering inventions related to its diagnostic and monitoring and surveillance applications tool/product plans. Importantly, the Company does not rely on any third party or licensed intellectual property.
